1. Agreement
By engaging Junubweb for services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Junubweb provides the following services:
- Web Design & Development — design, build, and launch of websites
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) — ongoing SEO strategy and implementation
- Social Media Management — content creation, posting, and community management
- Web Hosting — managed hosting, domain registration, and SSL
- Branding — logo design, brand identity, and guidelines
Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are defined in individual project proposals and invoices.
3. Payment Terms
- One-time projects (web design, branding): 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on launch
- Monthly retainers (SEO, social media, hosting): invoiced monthly in advance
- Payment accepted via bank transfer (USD), Mobile Money, or PayPal
- Overdue invoices (30+ days) may result in suspension of services
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely content, images, and feedback
- Ensuring you have the right to use any materials (images, text, logos) you provide
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Ensuring all content complies with applicable laws
5. Revisions and Changes
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. Changes requested after final approval may be treated as new work.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered work (website design, content, graphics created by us). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of any code frameworks, tools, or methodologies we use that are not specific to your project.
7. Hosting Services
- Hosting is provided on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 30 days notice
- We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it; planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
- Backups are provided but not guaranteed as a sole recovery mechanism — clients should maintain their own backups where critical
- Hosting may be suspended for non-payment or if content violates our acceptable use policy
8. Social Media Management
- We require admin access to your social media pages to manage them
- You retain full ownership of your social accounts at all times
- You must review and approve content strategy before we begin posting
- We are not responsible for platform policy changes that affect reach or advertising
9. Limitation of Liability
Junubweb's liability in any circumstance is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, social media follower counts, or revenue outcomes from our services, though we work hard to deliver measurable results.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. One-time project deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced. Deposits will be refunded in full if Junubweb is unable to commence work within 30 days of receiving payment.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., hosting providers) or as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
